Instructions:

Squeeze sunscreen into your hand and rub liberally onto your body. Working from head to toe to avoid missing any area. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and allow it to absorb. Reapply at least every two hours. Apply more sunscreen frequently after swimming/sweating.
